This retreat will be a beautiful 4-day weekend experience of healing and wellness through participating in group processing and individual check-ins, educational workshops hosted by me, and through self-care activities such as yoga, massages, a sound bowl healing ceremony, and plenty of relaxation by the pool. We will be honoring our inner child by experiencing fun outings in beautiful and sunny San Diego, as well.
