Episode 163: Deconstructing All That is Not Authentically You with Deconstruction Coach Ariele Lanning

In this episode, I’m joined by Ariele Lanning of Divine Rebel Rising for a grounded, honest conversation about healing, identity, and deconstruction. Ariele shares her journey of healing from religious trauma and what it’s been like to let go of old identities to live more authentically.

Ariele is a certified yoga teacher (500-hour RYT, RCYT, Prenatal), mindset and life coach, emotional processing specialist, and writer with a passion for neuroscience and whole-person healing. She integrates subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation, yoga, meditation, and emotional alchemy to help clients create lasting transformation. Her work is informed by studies in neuroscience, trauma sensitivity, interpersonal development, child development, and somatic psychology. Outside of her work, Ariele is a mom, creator, and lover of books, sunshine, and conscious connection. Her mission is simple: to help others feel deeply and live freely - body, mind, and spirit.

We talk about the grief and loss that can come with choosing yourself, especially when attachment relationships are no longer in alignment. Ariele also shares some of her favorite tools for emotional processing, working with triggers, and reconnecting with the body through somatics and energetics.

We also explore how motherhood became a catalyst for her deeper healing and how she’s intentionally breaking generational cycles by teaching her daughter a new way of relating to emotions.
